Terms and Conditions Agreement

Data Accuracy

1.1. Data Errors: Property Sourcing Data acknowledges that, despite our best efforts, data errors may occur due to discrepancies in the source data. We make every attempt to mitigate these errors and provide accurate information.

1.2. Reporting Errors: Users are encouraged to promptly report any data errors they encounter while using our services. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify such errors.

Data Ownership and Use Restrictions

2.1. Data Ownership: Property Sourcing Data retains full ownership of the dataset provided to subscribers. Subscribing organizations have the right to use the data as specified in this agreement but do not acquire any ownership rights.

2.2. Prohibited Use: Subscribers are prohibited from using the dataset for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes. Use of the data must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Terms and Access

3.1. Annual Subscription: Users pay upfront for 12 months of access to Select AI, delivered using Looker Studio. During this period, subscribers have the right to utilize the dataset for their business purposes.

3.2. Looker Studio Requirement: Access to Select AI requires the use of Looker Studio. Users must have a Google Account, which is free, to use Looker Studio.

Data Backup and Security

4.1. Data Security: Subscribers are responsible for the safe storage and handling of the dataset. Property Sourcing Data is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to the data.

4.2. Data Backup: Subscribers are encouraged to maintain backup copies of the data to safeguard against data loss or corruption.

Disclaimer

5.1. No Guarantees: Property Sourcing Data makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the dataset. Subscribers use the data at their own risk.

Termination

6.1. Termination by Property Sourcing Data: Property Sourcing Data reserves the right to terminate access to the dataset if a subscriber breaches the terms of this agreement or engages in unauthorized sharing of the data.

6.2. Termination by Subscribers: Subscribers may request to terminate their access at any time. However, refunds are not provided for the upfront payment covering the 12-month access period.

Data Sharing

7.1. Data Sharing Prohibited: Subscribers are expressly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing the dataset to any individuals, organizations, or entities outside of their own organization. The dataset is provided for the exclusive use of the subscribing organization and must not be shared or disseminated in any form.
